Apprentice Plumber/Pipefitter/Welder
Midlands Mechanical, Inc. is looking for apprentices to join our Colorado team.
Midlands Mechanical, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic apprentices to join our Colorado team. We will teach you everything you need to know to perform layout and installation of piping and plumbing systems
Apprentice Plumbers/Pipefitters/Welders - We will teach you all you need to know to perform layout and installation of piping/plumbing systems. When you begin your apprenticeship, you will be taught to read blueprints and learn about the installation, testing, repair, inspection and maintenance of a variety plumbing and piping systems. This is done by measuring, cutting, bending and joining pipe by welding, brazing, soldering, gluing or threading joints of pipe or tubing made of cast iron, steel, copper or plastic. Travel is required.
Colorado Location Only
As an apprentice, you'll learn to:
- Read blueprints and construction drawings
- Install, test, repair, inspect, and maintain a variety of plumbing and piping systems
- Measure, cut, bend, and join pipe by welding, brazing, soldering, gluing, or threading joints made of cast iron, steel, copper, or plastic
Travel is required.

Apprentice Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis
- Basic understanding of math
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Highly motivated and eager to learn the trade
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
